Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Signature

We request delivery signature for most products. If customers prefer delivery without a signature requirement, please send us authorization with order ID to info@musicteck.com. Customers accept liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please request return first, including your order ID and return reason. Non authorized return will not be accepted.

For returned items, restocking fee applies, please check restocking fee policy.

For international orders, returns are accepted if product is not as described, buyer pays return shipping fee.

Restocking fee policy

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Up to 50% of item's price.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping is not refundable for any return that is not due to our error. For orders with expedited shipping, we will only refund standard shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@musicteck.com and send your item to: 15 Jefferson Ave, Tenafly, New Jersey. US 07670.


For audition, customer places order as deposit (please leave a note "for audition"). When placing order, customer is responsible for shipping cost. Customer can select different shipping option, at the end of audition the actual cost will be deducted from refund.  

Audition period is three days after product is delivered. After three days, it will be considered as a purchase. 

To get full refund, customer should return product in original condition. If product is damaged, we will deduct repair cost from refund. Customer is also responsible for return shipping. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
