I was looking to upgrade the cable of 64Audio U12T IEMs and had a chance to audition quite a few cables priced up to $300 from PW, EA, Noble Audio, LQi, and 64Audio custom Premium. I'm using 2.5 balanced from M11PRO, Hiby R6PRO and R5 for when I travel. Musicteck included 2.5 to 4.4 balanced adapter with my R6PRO which was handy and worked great with Virtuoso. None of the cables I tested with U12T was as good as Virtuoso. I burn in them for at least 50 hours. Comparing to stock 64Audio premium cable Virtuoso gently elevates upper mids and lower treble region, it keeps the same outstanding bass and air and improves the overall resolution across the frequency range. Other cables didn't match well with my IEM, Grandioso was U shaped, Maestro was an interesting paring with elevated bass and fuller mids, LQi Silver cable would elevate the mids and slightly reduce lower bass and upper treble, while preservig the details. Few sub 150USD Amazon or Linsoul cables were lacking in detai retrieval and you quickly realize the difference you get with high-end cable manufacturers. I was also impressed by Virtoso taking my wife's Ikko OH10 to another level, it was a different IEM.
Virtuoso looks terrific, it is not thick, it has small and beautiful connectos and perfect earhook which makes it one of the most comfortable and travel friendly cables, and it is definitely worth the price. Highly recommend.
