Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. In rare cases, fulfillment may take longer due to stock availability, custom modifications, or special-order items.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, including Next Day Air, 2-Day, and 3-Day delivery. Most international orders ship via UPS Worldwide for fast and dependable service.

Delivery Signature

A signature is required for most deliveries. To waive this requirement, please email your authorization and order ID to info@musicteck.com.

By waiving the signature requirement, you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage once delivery has been completed.

Returns

Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items Due to hygiene and health considerations, all earpad sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items Custom IEMs, tube amplifiers, blind boxes, gift boxes, clearance items, and special-order products are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization To request a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Authorized returns must be received within 15 days of approval.

International Orders Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees Restocking fees may apply. See the Restocking Fee section below.

Transaction Fees Non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by credit card providers or PayPal will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Deductions For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty coverage applies where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee

Original Condition Item is returned within the return window in its original condition. Up to 20% of item price

Not Original Condition Item is returned damaged, missing accessories, or significantly different from its original condition at shipment. Up to 50% of item price

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Please allow up to 2 business days for return processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Credit card processing fees and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been issued. Additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Open-Box Items

Every open-box item includes the original packaging, all included accessories, and the full manufacturer warranty. All open-box products are thoroughly inspected and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout when the order is placed. You may cancel your pre-order within five (5) days for a full refund. After this period, refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee, which varies based on the payment method used.

Replacements

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items only. To request a replacement, please email info@musicteck.com for further instructions.

Auditions

For audition requests, please contact us at info@musicteck.com. Once approved, you will be asked to place an order as a deposit and include the note "For Audition" with your order.

The audition period is one (1) day from the date of delivery. After this period, the item will be considered a regular purchase.

Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the deposit refund based on the carrier's actual shipping cost. Return shipping is also the customer's responsibility.

To receive a full deposit refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. Any damage or excessive wear may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the refund.

Gifts

Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient are eligible for store credit in the amount of the return value. Once the return is received, a digital gift certificate will be sent via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
