Refund policy
Returns
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene and health considerations, all earpad sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom IEMs, tube amplifiers, blind boxes, gift boxes, clearance items, and special-order products are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization: To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Authorized returns must be received within 15 days of approval.
International Orders: Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: Restocking fees may apply. Please refer to our Restocking Fee Policy for details.
Transaction Fees: Non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by credit card providers or PayPal will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Deductions: For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty coverage will apply where applicable.
