10 Armature Anole

As expected, qdc launched new flagship, positioned the Anole series. X stands for 10, that is 10 drivers design. VX is a kind of nerve agent with more toxic than Sarin in military, one of the deadliest chemical weapons. So you should have more preparation before audition, as it is a "toxic"earplug.

Different from the previous Anole, VX has 3 tuning switches, switch 1,2, and 3 are low, medium and high frequency respectively, which can be adjusted alone, and playing method jumps from 4 tuning to 8 tuning.

qdc monitor also offers optional customized appearance, personalized design patterns, characters, color can also be customized for external faceplate.

Note: Anole VX standard model only has one option.

Professional debugging

qdc monitors have been adjusted by several top sound engineers and famous musicians in music section, with the features of wide frequency response, small stain, abundant sound detail, crisp and clear quality, accurate sound field positioning without losing the sense of encirclement, high resolution middle-high frequency, but not too much modification, innate excellent transient response for balanced armature, attaching equal importance to designing both quantum sense and descending, and more excellent middle frequency density than moving coil, thoroughly explain the rich emotion of music.

Clarity is unmatched , to the point that you will hear filters produced from the studio, hence why live unfiltered music sounds best . Bass is subtle which I prefer. Details are more important since I also use them for gaming . Match this with a quality DAC so that you can bring these alive . I prefer all EQ switches turned off (1 bass ,2mid,3highs) . Optical input from my dac sounds best , iPad Pro 1st gen sounds great stand alone(3.5 analog), you will receive a little interference from wifi once in awhile and a generic laptop sounds worse ( floor noise is high, sound quality and interference is pretty bad) so make sure to use a high end dac with an low noise power input . I highly recommend these ! Probably the best BA’s on the market . Grace from musicteck was a pleasure to work with . Great customer service . I will recommend friends to purchase from them .

Detailed Bliss

I have searched and searched for an IEM that is phenomenal. Most of us want a great bang for our buck. Not all of us find it. We read endless reviews, comments, forums, watch videos and check prices. After doing just that, with many different IEM/s, I have found that you do get what you pay for. There is no shortcut to near perfect sound reproduction. Most bang for your buck IEM's suffers from some fatal flaw(s). Paying more is highly recommended for the best audio resolution. You will still get audio deficiencies based on your preferences. After doing a lot of research and "investing" in many IEM's, I purchased a set of QDC 8SH. They were the best in my collection. However; the more time passed I could tell they colored the music. Vocals were warm. The bass, treble and mids were fantastic, but the sub-bass was lacking. I tried them with sterile Chord DAC's and was still getting warmth that should not be there. It was like my IFI DSD BL that makes everything full and rich sounding. Essentially the QDC 8SH is highly accurate, with a warm presentation everywhere. I wanted more s accurate sound, no coloring, and sub-bass. Since I really liked the QDC 8SH so much, I decided to get the Anole VX. Well, they are exactly what I was hoping for. No coloring of the music with their tune. The sound is more "live like". Listening to CD quality recordings with these is quite good. The best part comes when you kick the quality up to DSD 512. Now the air, detail and oh my goodness sub-bass is above and around me. I can tell when the artist gets close to and pulls back from the microphone. Spatial presentation is very good. Instruments are easy to locate as are the back-up singers. The drums are in back as they should be. I can pick the amp or DAC of my choice and set the sound up as I wish. The Anole VX's do not add color. They just play mightily everything you put through them. As time goes on, I am sure some tiny flaw will pop up. Not yet though. Just near perfection of sound, comfort and usability. End game? Maybe... By the way. Get the standard cable version. Do not get the QDC style pin unless you want the QDC high end cable option. The standard type pin/cable has many more cable options whereas QDC pin type only has a few.

The anole vx-s is great! Tuning is amazing and it’s the best IEM I’ve heard yet. Very neutral but the bass and slam is great
