SENDYAUDIO was founded in 2015 by a group of highly seasoned audio engineers, hardened by years of experience as audio pioneers since the beginning of the audio industry in China. The Black Beauty series is SENDYAUDIO’s new lineup for 2019, being the culmination of three years of extensive research and development. We use traditional, meticulous craftsmanship to bring out the best in specially selected high-quality natural solid wood as the headphones’ housing, with a unique texture specific to each unit. Each headphone is produced only after a long and involved production process – from selecting the best wood specimens, to CNC machining, to engraving, grinding, and polishing, as well as repeated oiling and drying.

I can't speak highly enough of the headphones, really. They're the best cans I've ever heard for under $1000. Make sure that you understand that these are open back, so they provide little to no noise blocking (in either direction). Also, even though they are heavy-ish, the strap at the top means that the weight is distributed very comfortably! They are fine even for my big head and wearing glasses. Finally, the owner of Musicteck is a joy to work with. Maybe the only slight negatives are that if you have large ears, you have to position the headphones just right. Also, it's annoying that there are proprietary (expensive) cables.
These headphones are pretty good. The sound is very close and aggressive, so you have to like that style to enjoy these headphones. It is not personally my favorite style of music delivery, but I can’t ding the headphones for that because it’s just a learning experience. The build quality is great and I had only minor issues with the headphones being second hand. There was a dent in the wood cup on the left side, but considering these are $100 less second hand, I would say that’s a very expensive dent to pay $100 extra for. If doesn’t make or break it for me. The clamp force is a little strong on the top above the ear, but again: it’s a personal thing. Other than that very small personal complaint, the comfort is exceptional. Easily my most comfortable headphones out of the 10 pairs I own. The cable is probably my biggest complaint about these because the wire looks okay, but it has no weight to it, so it doesn’t rest across a desk like I would prefer. And the 4.4mm termination is so.... why... why Sendy did you do this. Nothing takes 4.4mm. I get that it is the future of terminations, but when everyone (everyone!) uses 1/4 inch and XLR for their gear, it makes no sense to my why they went off the beaten path on that. The only reason I can think of is so that you buy their $75 4.4mm to XLR adapter, or so that you buy a $240 cable from them. Which isn’t a very “small company, good customer service” thing to do. Please just give us a common connection and let us adapt it to our needs. Because I highly doubt that people ordering headphones today will be upset that it didn’t come with a cable that terminates in 4.4mm. Everyone expects 1/4 inch. That’s what everyone uses. But that frustration aside, these are great headphones. I don’t quite see the wow factor that everyone talked about, how they said these sounded like a $1500 headphone. I guess I was expecting too much. But that’s not a bad thing. These headphones deliver a very good sound for their price tag. Just m...
These headphones sound great. Thanks to Z reviews for turning me on to Sendy Aiva's. The headphone build is incredible. The carrying case is leather. I am very happy with the product and the seller. Bought the like new and you could drop the like and say they are new. My first planar headphones and what a way to start. I have Sennheisers HD600's and I know what sounds good. I heard parts of music I have not heard before. I am using the Fiio M11 to drive them (balanced) with no problem. If I looked at these with no price tag I would think they were $1000+
Excellent pair of high quality headphones. Highly Recommended. Excellent value.
Easy! Order arrived quickly and LOVE these headphones. Detail beasts.
Ordered the “like new” pair, plus used my canjam coupon and got them for $400. BARGAIN!!! They look perfect and as described.
Honestly if musicteck sold a bunch more “like new” items I would buy it all (and maybe lose my marriage)
Wish these guys sold ibasso though, I would buy from here over others if they carried the brand.
