Brise Audio SHIROGANE 8-wire Ultimate IEM cable

・Brise Audio's first earphone cable using its original pure silver wire material SHIROGANE.

・This wire material is made of luxurious pure silver material, high-performance pure silver wire and special insulating material. Compared to our conventional products, it has become very soft and supple, and even 8-wire is easier to handle. (However, it is generally a very heavy and thick cable.)

・The conductor structure is the same as that of YATONO Ultimate, consisting of 49 single-core strands. The amount of conductors is doubled by using 8-wires.

・It was difficult to secure the sound quality we were looking for with conventional silver wire, and it took a very long development period to complete the prod

・SHIROGANE 8-wire Ultimate is a cable that is more powerful the higher the potential of the playback environment, and this is especially true when compared to 4-wire.

・We have applied our original high-quality sound processing to the SHIROGANE 8-wire Ultimate and newly adopted two types of special materials for the 8-wire as well as the SHIROGANE Ultimate. The construction details have also been redesigned for SHIROGANE 8-wire Ultimate.

As with the SHIROGANE Ultimate (4wire), you can see every inch of the soundstage with a clear line of sight. Crisp and clear. Stress-free sound. While maintaining a high balance of gorgeousness and low midrange fullness, the 8-wire offers a wider dynamic range and a three-dimensional sense of low position that comes from a more precise sense of distance in space, especially in the midrange and lower midrange. As a result, the sound is more vivid.

Ultimate Silver Cable

Probably the best silver cable I've owned, Slight evaluation of mid-highs with a bit of warmth and amazing technicality. Paired great with Canpur 622B. Also thanks Andrew for his incredible service.

Truly a remarkable cable

For context, I own, or have owned, the Orpheus, First Times, First Times Shielding, Eletech Ode to Laura and Brise Yatono 8w. The Shirogane is probably tied with the Orpheus as being my favorite cable. I would characterize it as reference-tuned with a hint of warmth (not cold or sterile at all, as one might expect from silver). Stellar, articulate sub-bass; lean in the mid-bass; mids are pushed a little back and slightly less warm than say the Orphy, FTS, Yatono (meaning that those cables, especially Orphy, might have an edge if warm, lush mids are your thing); treble is amazing in that it has great air and extension without at all being bright. I don't love this cable on the Ragnar (too much treble) or Xe6 (too much bass) but it works amazingly well on the Ronin and Rn6. It really elevates them. Detail, layering, soundstage are all stellar (better than FTS and Yatono; within striking distance of Orphy). I'm super happy with my purchase.

Brise Audio's new flagship arrives

I'm a big fan of Brise Audio, having purchased everything from the Naobi Ultimate, to the Yatono Ultimate, and even the Silver-Concept and Murakumo II. Compared to the previous Silver Concept, the Shirogane is the perfect answer to Brise Audio's tried-and-true approach to silver cables; the Silver-Concept is more like a traditional silver cable with extreme purity, whereas the Shirogane doesn't irritate as much as the Silver-Concept, and instead it's smooth and warm, and the Shirogane is a great way to get the most out of the silver cables you're used to. For me this is a much better match for the IEMs I have on hand, and I think it's a very good match for both the Viking Prestige KE and the AK Aura.
