Noble XM-1
The newly designed plug shape improves the compatibility with a cellphone protection case!
Introducing Noble Audio’s first implementation of the new xMEMS driver technology, the Noble XM-1.
Until this point, wired xMEMS technology has been limited due to the need for a specialized high bias amplifier. In order to expand the accessibility of the xMEMS drivers and their unique sound signature, Noble has incorporated the high bias amplifier into the IEM itself which eliminates the need for additional equipment to enjoy them. The XM-1 can be used with any smartphone utilizing a USB-C port or an Apple lightning port when the included ddHIFi lightning to USB-C adaptor is used (TC28i).
To power the XM-1 and the integrated amplifier, we went with an active USB-C high quality cable with a 4-pin connector. Intended use is for smartphones with USB-C ports or lightning ports, or other smart devices that allow for USB-C listening. Note that DAPs that have USB-C ports may require changes to settings in order to allow volume to be controlled through the USB-C port. Also note that the XM-1 is NOT compatible with the Astell & Kern DAPs due to AK’s use of an abbreviated Android OS.
The XM-1 features the xMEMS Cowell tweeter paired with an 8.3mm Dynamic driver for the low end. The resulting sound is astoundingly clear mids and highs as is expected with the xMEMS Cowell, coupled with full bass extension, which has previously been lacking in xMEMS products.
The Noble XM-1 is designed to be robust to keep up with users that are listening on their mobile devices. The aluminum shell with stainless steel nozzle and wax guard help to make sure that the IEMs are able to keep up with busy daily use.
Great little all in one iem, no need to bring a long your dap or amplifier as these plug right into your phone. The xMEMS driver provide an nice airy treble experience, mids are pulled back a bit in comparison to treble and bass and oh that bass. It's probably some of the most fun accurate bass outside of Theiaudio monarch MK3 and at half the price. All in all it's a great iem and definitely would recommend giving the XM-1 a try if you're curious about xMEMS drivers.

Truly amazing sound quality
Once again the Wizard has come up a masterful tuning.
I wanted to try the mems speakers to see what they were like and was not disappointed. The combination of these with the dynamic drivers is excellent.
Not an audiophile, but the SR35 is Exactly what I expected from other reviews. And pleasantly surprised that the battery life is near accurate with bluetooth active. My only issue is that the back is so smooth that the charging cord is enough to slide the device around my desk (and off my desk).
I was able to compare the Rex5 to the Triumph. The Rex5 is more revealing with a somewhat hotter top end. It is not as forgiving of poor recordings compared to the Triumph. A crude comparison would be the Rex5 is like a Sennheiser HD800 vs while the Triumph is like the HD650.
Only a few weeks owning the SP3000T, so still in the break-in phase. So far, very impressed with the sound. Upgraded from PAW 6000, and the difference is immediately noticeable. Wider soundstage and more detail are readily apparent. I use hybrid mostly and enjoy the added warm, without going too far. MusicTeck has been great and they deserve a shout out.
If you’re looking for a simple hi-fi portable compact DAP look no further. Very user friendly and sound is great both wireless and wired. I was very impressed by the sound quality and how easy it was to setup to tailor for my liking. Love how compact it is as well.
