"Shogun" - The Acoustic Rebirth of the Samurai Spirit (or Shogunate)
At the site of the Tokugawa Shogunate in Tokyo, we came across a Ukiyo-e painting depicting its history. The general in the painting is wearing "Guzuku" armor and has a sharp gaze, just like a wise man who has tempered the "philosophy of the blunt sword" in the chaotic world of the Warring States Period. This inspired our initial vision for creating "Shogun" - to make Hi Fi earphone a medium for modern people to experience the spirit of the samurai.
The design of the earphone is based on the "Guzuku" armor, and utilizing high-precision art spray painting technology to restore the details and texture of the shogun's armor. The golden "oni mask" on the front meticulously captures the historical details, while the "menuki" decorations on both sides replicate the geometric aesthetics of the sword guard, echoing the mask and forming a visual language of "both offense and defense."
The red and silver design of the panel background is based on the classic artistic expression in "Ukiyo-e". The acoustic chamber is inspired by the layered structure of "domaru" armor, achieving independent optimization across multiple frequency bands within a limited space through precise acoustic design.
