Mest is best

Review can be found on headfi: https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/unique-melody-mest-mkiii-cf.26526/reviews

TLDR: I loved the Mest Mk3 when I first heard it at CanJam, and I have no regrets purchasing it. It really is a wonderfully tuned iem, that does pretty much everything right. It strikes a perfect balance to me of sounding detailed and resolving but also having a hint of warmth to give it a more natural tonality without bloating the lower mids. It also has a unique spacious spherical soundstage that is truly impressive, especially when compared to my other iems in my collection.

A dance of analytical and balance

The sound is highly resolving and surrounds you in holographic sound, but also have the ability to move you trough a balanced musical tuning.

Keeping it short here and more can be found in my review on head-fi, highly recommend MEST MKIII CF.

I’ve heard many positive things and I wanted to give it a try… it’s such a wonderful experience putting this on your ears. It’s a bright neutral IEM that doesn’t lack at all in bass quantity. I did have the Elysian Annihilators and they’re both going to be my main drivers. It’s similar in aggressive tuning, but the soundstage of this set is uniquely different.

Questionable accessories but great soundstage and warm sound

The IEMs themselves are just beautiful to look at. There was enough written about the cable and I have to confirm it, it is really stiff and does not want to bend when you need to but I already got used to it. But bigger issue are the stock eartips, they are just awful and do not make the IEMs enough of a service - especially when it comes to trebles which sometimes sound really harsh. It all changed when I did some eartips juggling and settled with Final Audio type E. They really helped to open up the soundstage even more (especially in height, it is already wide enough) and made the trebles pleasant. So I really recommend this combination because with the stock setup I felt they were not really worth initially.
