Thirteen drivers, three technologies, one job each

A single LCP dynamic driver handles low-end extension and physical impact. Eight balanced armatures carry midrange density and vocal body. Four electrostatic drivers take the top octaves, where their near-instantaneous response resolves air and harmonic decay that armatures round off. The differences in response speed between the three driver types are reconciled inside the acoustic structure rather than papered over, so the handoffs between bands don't announce themselves.

No damping. No shortcuts.

Most multi-driver IEMs correct their frequency response with foam, mesh filters, or acoustic damping material. It works, but it costs you energy, blunts transients, and drifts over time as the material ages and loads with debris. Bohemia uses none of it. Every part of the tuning is done through chamber volume, bore length-to-diameter ratio, and driver placement. It takes far longer to develop this way. What you get in return is uncompressed dynamics, cleaner attack and decay, and a sound that stays exactly where it started years from now.

Anodized shell, micro-crystalline etched face

The shells are anodized for a dense, wear-resistant surface that resists fingerprints and won't discolor with skin contact. Faceplates are finished with a micro-crystalline etch that catches light as a fine crystalline grain, with no two sets patterning quite the same way.

8-wire stock, 12-wire upgrade

The included 8-wire cable drives all thirteen drivers to full capability out of the box. The optional 12-wire upgrade adds weight to the note floor and tightens low-end control for listeners chasing the last few percent.
