Impressions:

Utilizing a large planar magnetic driver, EarAcoustic delivered a very technical, airy tuning capable of extracting every micro-detail from the recording.  If you are treble-sensitive, using wider-bore eartips can reduce some of the upper-frequency energy.  Its V-shaped sound signature focuses on the tight, punchy bass that delivers speed and precision; its lean, detailed mids don’t color the sound, offering clean transparency; and its crunchy, airy, extended treble gives the sound top-notch resolution.  VSA-PM tuning is not exactly an all-rounder, and if you are treble-sensitive or prefer a smoother, fuller-bodied sound, it might not suit you well.  But if you fancy a very clean, clear, detailed sound, with tight bass, neutral-lean, transparent mids, and high-resolution, airy treble, with a more analytical retrieval of details, VSA-PM sound tuning will be exactly what you are looking for on a budget under $1k!
