X-Cross and P.N.T. technology
X-Cross and P.N.T. are complementary technologies. Apart from the decoration, the X-Cross primarily serves as a conduit for signal transmission in P.N.T. Through the winding of the negative pole in the X-Cross, a delay effect is achieved. The addition of the core and winding in X-Cross helps reduce the proximity effect of the outer conductor. When combined with P.N.T.'s precise calculation of signal delay ratio and twist distance, it creates a better three-dimensional soundstage and enhances instrument positioning accuracy.
Sub-Zero Cryogenic Treatment OCC Copper (SCOCC)
Sub-Zero Cryogenic treatment OCC (SCOCC) copper was first developed by Flash Acoustics in 2017. The manufacturing process of SCOCC involves precise heat treatment and deep cryogenic treatment. Sub-Zero Cryogenic treatment is utilized during the wire drawing process to ensure that the copper crystals maintain a single crystalline structure and orientation at every step of the manufacturing process.
Dual Layer Silk Wrapped Gold Silver Oil
There have been similar products introduced by foreign cable manufacturers in the field of dual layer silk wrapped gold silver oil. However, issues such as oil leakage and oxidation have consistently surfaced in the finished products due to the lack of a suitable dielectric medium.
Traditional oil-immersed cables can be broadly categorized into three types: silk-wrapped oil immersion, paper film oil immersion, and oil-filled oil immersion. The products that have appeared in the market belong to the third category. The primary reasons for using oil-filled immersion in the past were for conductor heat dissipation and the ability to replace mineral oil. However, when it comes to such small-scale cables subjected to regular movement, preventing oil leakage becomes extremely challenging.
We have pioneered the use of a dual-layer silk wrap with our unique Dual Lock inner layer, serving as the primary oil storage medium. By combining this with a surface drying process, we ensure that the gold-silver oil can be effectively stored within the dual-layer silk wrap, encapsulating the silver-plated palladium mother wire in the core. With the addition of the Dual Lock outer layer, we provide a dual-layer protection system that effectively prevents oil leakage.
FA SoftFlex material
The new series utilizes the customized FA SoftFlex Insulation due to the high temperature extrusion and specific conditions such as slow pulling. It is not a mass produced cable, each batch is limited to an extrusion length of 200 meters, therefore very centimeter of wire is carefully selected. The SoftFlex material exhibits characteristics comparable to other renowned brands and competitors, including excellent transparency, tactile feel, resistance to pulling and tearing, as well as durability.
